Registration
Registration on this site opens your online account. Once registered, you can place your orders in a fully encrypted, password-protected area by logging in. Details such as your shipping address and billing information will be automatically filed to your username, which saves you from having to re-enter them the next time you order. You will be able to review your confirmed orders as well as change personal details by clicking on 'My Account'.

Prices
Prices on our website are valid for immediate online purchases only. Prices on this site are the lowest we offer, and often less than those quoted by phone, fax or email.

Tax / GST
As we are primarily a business to business supplier, prices on our web site DO NOT include Australian GST, which is automatically added if the delivery address for the order is within Australia. The tax applicable is shown as a separate component during checkout before you confirm your order. A valid tax invoice will be sent with the goods.

Stock
Due to the nature and diversity of our product range we are not able to deliver everything from stock. Orders comprising stocked goods will be shipped immediately. In the event that your order comprises goods that are not in stock we will contact you with the availability details. For Australian orders, where possible we will cover the costs of any additional freight associated with backordered items.

Payment Options
Depending on your location and account type, the store allows a variety of payment methods including Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Cheque. Our credit card facility features secure 128bit SSL encryption (see the Security section below for more details), however if you are uncomfortable with entering your credit card details online, an option is provided for you to call us with your credit card details. Please Note: Use of an American Express card will incur a 2% surcharge. For online transactions this is clearly shown as a separate charge during the checkout process. Those wishing to use their credit card over the phone will be informed of this when they call and the amount added to their order.

Shipping Options
Depending on your location, the store allows a variety of shipping options, including the use of your own nominated carrier. Full details of shipping options and costs for your order, based on the weight / size of the items, are provided PRIOR to you completing the checkout process.

Overseas Orders
As our prices do not include any local taxes they are effectively export prices. Shipments are subject to local customs inspection and assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national legislation. We package goods for safe international transportation and provide multiple copies of commercial invoices and packing slips for customs entry requirements. Prices shown on customs documents are the actual invoice cost of the goods. Please do not ask us to show a different price.

Order Acceptance
Transtek accepts all orders subject to availability from our suppliers. While we endevour to keep details on this site up to date we cannot accept liability for errors, omissions or correctness of any detail or specifications. Should we become aware of any difficulty in supply or change in product or specification we will immediately contact you and attempt to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
